We will migrate you from your old Hosting provider even if they do not use cPanel - We will manually migrate your Wordpress website(s) free of charge.
We do offer a discount for paying up front with our Annual payment options. When paying up front for 12 months or more you will get a free Domain on plans above Basic. We do not currently offer sponsored Web Hosting.
We can and do offer SSH access upon request and not by default. In most cases we require a form of Government issued ID to log on file before providing SSH access to our shared servers.
We currently only offer one Location in our Maidenhead Datacenter (UK) we do have US based servers - However this is not available to the public currently and only by request.
It is widely known that the majority of Web Hosting Companies now limit you on CPU and other Resources. To provide a consistent service to all we do limit each account to 1 CPU core, 2GB Ram and 50 Entry processes. If you require more resources please contact our support team.
All of our Server hardware is owned by us and not on a lease. We do however use a variety of datacenters to house our hardware, but there is no middle man to worry about!
All Web Hosting accounts come with Nightly backups included in every plan, we do also retain 1 weekly backup to be on the safe side for customers who may require this. You can restore Emails, databases and files from your control panel.
Our FREE SSL certificates cover every website on your account and any sub domains you may have.
